It's mighty cold this week. Just this a.m. it was -22. Now that will freeze your nostrils shut. We have gained daylight though and are now up to nearly 10 hours.
This morning I just wanted to stay home and knit. Too bad I have a conscience. I bundled up, started the vehicle and went to work. I'll be able to knit on my lunch hour. I've started my second Elfine's sock. Here is the link to the sock:

My next socks will be two at once. I want to make my DH a pair of boot socks. We are going to be riding our motorcycles from Alaska to Montana this summer. Good socks are a must. If anyone has any suggestions for the fiber or pattern please leave a comment.

We had a couple of moose in the yard. The snow is deep right now, knee high to this moose.

My goodness look what happened, it's February already. I finished my shawl collar sweater for my spouse. I like, It's plain but very nice.
