This is the progress on Elfine's Socks. It is a toe up sock. The pattern is easy to follow. Some people keep food or other contraband in their office desk drawer, not me...I keep a sock on the needles. If I have a minute or need to take a break, I can pull out my sock and indulge in a few minutes of knitting. What a relaxation tool.

This will be my new sock project. I have Knit Picks Memories in Redwood Forest and Elfine's Sock pattern.

The weather is turning cold, the snow is creeping down the mountains. I want to be nestled in my home.
