Whoa, I can't believe it's been a whole month since I've updated. The weather here turned foul.
First we had the winds from Hades. It blew a gale. Then it got still and the temps dipped to
between -10 and -20 for two weeks straight. UGH. Today it is pretty warm about 15 and
overcast. The weather folks are predicting snow.
I've been making little sockies for my pal Jeanie. She needs them for a senior citizen project.
I mailed them off today. I've also participated in a couple of swaps. It is so much fun putting
together a package of goodies for someone. I have really enjoyed it.
I'm working on a Danish earflap cap for my son. Still a sleeve left on the shawl collar sweater.
That sweater is the bane of my existence. What else, oh yea, my Elfine's sock. Still just sitting there, ready to start the heel.
Saturday I leave for Georgia for the week. I've never been there and am a little nervous. It's for work so will not have too much time for tourist type stuff.
